Carlton was a loving son, father and grandfather. He worked for the county for many years in various roles, such as custodial maintenance for the school system and sheriff's department, and also as a bus driver for the school system. He enjoyed his daily cup of coffee at the local Waffle House and never turned down a good steak. Carlton was also an avid outdoorsman in his earlier years, enjoying hunting and bicycling. Carlton was a man of faith all the way to the end and we know he was greeted by his parents as he entered into glory.
