Carol Sutton

Carol Griffin Sutton, 81, of Mt. Pleasant, NC went home to her Lord on Monday, November 26, 2018.

Carol was born March 30, 1937 in Charlotte, NC to the late Pinkney Bruce Griffin and the late Lillie Mae Griffin.
She was also preceded in death by six siblings.

Survivors include her husband, LA Sutton; daughter Joyce Kiser; daughter Terri Philemon and husband Marc; daughter Cynthia Barfield and husband Charlie; son Tim Reissig and wife Amanda; thirteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren; sister Bruce Dulin; sister Brenda Stowe; and brother Jerry Griffin.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Mission Baptist Church in Locust. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm, officiated by Pastor Jeremy Hyde.  Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
