Carolyn Mauldin

Carolyn Louise Morgan Mauldin,63, of 44444 Honeybee Circle, New London, passed away April 1, 2011, at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 3, from 6-8 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service will be Monday, April 4, at 4 PM at First Assembly of God with a 30 minute state prior to the service. Rev. Bob Gruver and Rev. George Mullen will officiate. Burial will be in New London Cemetery. At other times, the family will be at her home. Born in Stanly County on March 10, 1948, she was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Jessie Mae Griffin Morgan, and one brother, Michael Morgan. She is survived by her spouse, Wayne Mauldin, of the home; one son, Rodney Mauldin and wife Tammy of New London; one daughter, Amy Napier and husband, Charles of Albemarle; two grandchildren, Avery and Seth Mauldin; and two sisters, Dianne Morgan of Charlotte, and Paulette Morgan of Carolina Shores, NC.
