Carolyn Mcknight

Carolyn Kay McKnight, 71, of Concord, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021 at her home.

Carolyn was born January 2, 1950 in Ohio to the late Douglas Koontz and the late Helen McClughen Koontz.
She was also preceded in death by grandson, Austin Compton, and brother, Gary Koontz.

Survivors include husband, Edward J. McKnight of Concord, NC; daughter, Jennifer Compton (James); grandchildren, Kara, Christian, and Mikayla; and great-grandchildren, Olivia and Owen.

Carolyn was a devoted wife, a loving mom and grandmother. She was a devout Christian. Throughout the struggles life sent her way; she kept a positive attitude and love in her heart. Her family will miss her greatly.
