Carolyn Wood

Carolyn Sue Fuller Wood, 69, of 205 Lucky Drive, Concord, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at her home. She was born on October 10, 1941 in Huntington, WV to the late Norman and Violet Hayes Fuller. She was a retired convenient store manager. A memorial service will be held on Wedday, January 12, 2011 at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord with Mr. Steve Hall officiating. At other times, the family will be meeting at the home of her son, Roger, at 325 Speedway Drive, Concord. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Briers, Jr., of Mansfield, TN, Roger Lee Wood, of Concord, and Christopher Dale Wood, of Gastonia; daughters, Tamara Sue Holterman, of El Paso, TX and Tina Shanklin, of Cullowhee; sister, Norma Jean Fuller, of Concord; and 9 grandchildren.
