Carrie Crayton

Carrie "Becky" Drake Crayton, 77 years of age, of Concord, NC passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 after a ten year battle with cancer.
Becky was born February 18, 1940 in Charlotte, NC to Sherman M. Drake and Loma McLain Drake.
She was raised in Midland, NC and graduated from Bethel High School in 1958. She retired from H&R Block in 2015 after 27 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny E. Crayton; her father Sherman M. Drake; and sister, Frances Drake.
Survivors include her mother, Loma M. Drake of Mount Pleasant, NC; daughters, Monica Little Crayton and Cynthia Jon Crayton of Concord; son, Scottie Wayne Little of Concord; granddaughter, Heather L. Moore; grandsons, Josh Little, Trey Crayton, Weston Little, Jacob Crayton and Evan Morgan; brothers Joe Drake and Lana, Larry Drake and Nancy, Jerry Drake and Andrea; as well as her extended family Arthur Fink, Alan Addison, Jr., Eric L. Morgan, Kenndel Rogers and Jane Hathcock.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 4:00PM on Sunday, November 12 at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens, officiated by Rev. Tom Gibbs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Crayton family.
