Charles Hinson

Charles Arden Hinson, 78 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Arden was born January 4, 1939 in Union County to the late John Wilson Hinson Sr. and the late Emma Morgan Hinson. He was also preceded in death by niece, Carol Sneed.

The graveside service, officiated by Rev. Joey Query, will be on Thursday at 1:00pm at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 6223 Love Mill Rd., Monroe. The family will receive friends afterwards in the church fellowship hall.

Survivors include three brothers, Larry Hinson of Stanfield, Wayne (Marie) Hinson of Monroe, and John (Barbara) Hinson, Jr. of Harrisburg; sister, Sylvia H. (James) Lutz of Charlotte; and many nieces and nephews.
