Charles Lambert

Charles Leroy Lambert, 76, of Concord, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center - Northeast. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Monday, May 28, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Reverend Carlton Davidson, will be held at Branchview First Church of God, 264 Branchview Drive, Concord, on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at West Concord Cemetery. Charles was born on September 5, 1935, to the late Fred Lee Lambert and the late Corrie Helen Humphries Lambert. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Ruth Hartsell Lambert; two sons, Danny Charles Lambert and wife, Debbie of Concord and Bobby Lee Lambert and wife, Cara of Concord; a daughter, Angela Keller and husband, Dennis of China Grove; two sisters, Linda Blue and Dorris Connell, both of Concord; two brothers, Vernon Lambert of Concord and Fred Lambert of Kannapolis; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Lambert family.
