Charles Love

Charles "Charlie" Lee Love, 75, of Concord, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.

Charlie was born September 14, 1946 in North Carolina to the late Junior Love and the late Estelle Love.
He was also preceded in death by twins, Chad and Chris Love; daughter, Jennifer Honeycutt; and brothers, Grady and Bobby Love.

The graveside service will be held on Sunday, August, 14, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Love's Chapel UMC Cemetery in Stanfield officiated by Elder Wayne Gravely. Burial will immediately follow at the Love's Chapel UMC Cemetery at 808 South Love Chapel Rd., Stanfield.

Survivors include wife, Gayle Love of the home; sons, Bradley (Kristin) Love and Ronald (Nina) Honeycutt; grandchildren, Jacob Honeycutt, Ely Honeycutt, Braxton Smith, Aelyn Honeycutt, and Braylon Love; and sisters, Sue Collins, Laythene Benge, Diane Almond, Mary McClellan, Elaine Huneycutt, Gail Yow, and Terry Rodgers.

Charlie was a very simple man who loved woodworking with cedar wood and enjoyed the outdoors - especially the mountains at Raccoon Holler Campground, Glendale Springs, NC. He was a people person and enjoyed meeting and talking to people - he never met a stranger.
