He was also preceded in death by Papa, William Girard Heuer; and stepfather, Steven Harrison Gast.
Survivors include son, William Bell and daughter, Suedaya Ervin-Bell; mother, Elaina (Heuer) Gast and father, Lawrence Bell; brothers, Michael (Sandra) Bell and Steven Gast, and sister, Lisa (Justin) Grant; niece, Lindsey Bell and nephews, Christopher Bell, Connor Bell and Caden Bell.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm-4:45 pm, on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 5:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.
