Christopher Troutman

Chris A. Troutman passed unexpectedly at his home Thursday, May 11, 2017. He had been in declining health for an extended period of time.

Chris was born April 15, 1954 to the late Dolly S. Troutman Lee and the late Fred A. Troutman. He attended Mount Pleasant High School and was a life-long resident of the Rimertown Community.

Being the unique, intelligent man he was, he owned his own trucking company, With Pride Inc. during his earlier years. He was also employed by Kahns Meats Delivery and Peddington Security retiring due to his declining health.

Chris is survived by a loving daughter, Lisa Lovelace and husband Jerry. He also leaves behind four precious grandchildren, Grant, Camden, Nathan and Kara; two sisters, Barbara Jean Barbee and husband Earl, Pattie Mitchell and husband Rodney; one niece and four nephews with their extended families and Dixie, his loyal companion.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery, 4500 Rimer Rd. Concord with Pastor Steve Goode and Pastor Raff Allison officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
