Chy Xiong Vang of 12789 Old Camden Rd, Midland, NC passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010 at her home. She was born in Laos and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Hmong United Methodist Church in Charlotte, NC. She is survived by sons, Nao Kha Vang, Chong Va Vang, Song Vang, Vua Vang, Yang Vang, daughters, Mailue Vang, Ge Vang. Preceded in death by father, Tong Mou Xiong, sons, Wang Neng Vang, Hang Vang, and daughter Ger Vang. Visitation will be Friday, January 8, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon and 3:00 p.m. to 11: 00 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland, NC. Funeral service will be Sunday, January 10, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at the Vang Cemetery off Hwy 218. The family will meet at the home.
