Clarence Huneycutt

Clarence "Bill" Junior Huneycutt, 85, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at home. Mr. Huneycutt was born July 28, 1928 in Stanly County to the late Walter Julius Huneycutt and the late Annie Ester Simpson Huneycutt . He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Sunday at 2:00 pm at Union Grove Baptist Church in Albemarle with a 30 minute state. The service will be officiated by Rev. Jerry Mabry. Burial will follow in the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with rites performed by the Stanly County DAV Chapter 12. Survivors include loving wife of 65 years, Eula Genever Huneycutt; son, Johnny (Tanya) Huneycutt , son, Mark W. Huneycutt, daughter, Geneva (Leon) Rummage, all of Albemarle; granddaughters; Melissa Garris, Krystyal (David) Dulin, grandsons; Adam (Sarah) Huneycutt, Phillip Huneycutt, "Ric" Huneycutt, and six great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County, 960 North First Street, Albemarle, NC 28001. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Huneycutt family.
