Clifton Sifford

Clifton "Cliff" Glenn Sifford, 71, of Mount Pleasant, NC, formerly of Waxhaw, NC went to be with the Lord on his birthday, Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

Cliff was born January 20, 1950 in Charlotte, NC to the late Ray Kinard Sifford and the late Susie Rader Sifford.

Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Pamela "Pam" Sifford of Mount Pleasant, NC; daughter, Mandy Martocchio and husband Michael; son, Ian Sifford and wife Crystal, and their children Maddox, Connor and Abigail; brother, Franklin Sifford; sister, Sue Parks; uncle, Willis Goodrum; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Cliff retired from the Town of Waxhaw in 2015. He was an expert mechanic and could repair anything. In retirement, Cliff continued to use his skills by restoring classic cars and working on motorcycles for friends and family. He loved riding his Harley Davidson, tinkering in his garage and sharing his love for Jesus Christ with others. Cliff absolutely adored his wife, children, grandchildren and his He’s Alive Church family.

The family will receive friends in a safe and socially distant manner from 6 - 8 pm, on Tuesday, January 26, at He's Alive Church, 1310 N. Cannon Blvd. in Kannapolis, NC 28083.  A private family celebration of life will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord, officiated by Pastor Mark Carnes. Due to Covid concerns, friends are invited to view a live stream of his celebration of life under Cliff Sifford's obituary at https://video.ibm.com/channel/hartsell-funeral-home-concord starting at 11 am on Wednesday, January 27.  A private burial will follow at the Cabarrus Memorial Gardens in Concord.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to He's Alive Church.
