Cosie Catherine Wilson Spencer, 99, of 413 Winecoff School Road Concord passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Five Oaks Manor in Concord. Born on January 22, 1912 in Middlesex County Connecticut to the late Douglas Oswald and Cozy Jane Griswold Wilson. Also preceded in death by her husband Roger Durant Spencer. There will be a Memorial service at a later date. Survived by: sons, James Spencer of Concord, Ernest Wayne Spencer of Wadsworth, OH, William Spencer of Bronson, FL; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Spencer of Gastonia, NC; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
