Craig Alon Lyons

Craig Alon Lyons, 64, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Atrium Health Stanly Hospital.

Craig was born August 10, 1959, in North Carolina to Richard Lyons and the late Helon Tutor Lyons. 

Survivors include father, Richard "Dick" Lyons of Cape Carteret, NC; son, Jake Lyons of Albemarle, NC; brother, Dion (Pam) Lyons of Cape Carteret, NC; and niece, Shellee Lyons.

Craig was an amazing artist and enjoyed antiquing and woodworking. He loved his son, Jake, who was his pride and joy and also had great love for his father, Dick; brother, Dion; and niece, Shellee. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at Lazy Lyons Auction House,  100 Latham St., Swansboro, N.C.
