Daisy Louise Thomas Aldridge, 72 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 in Stanfield.
Mrs. Aldridge was born September 15, 1941 in Jefferson, South Carolina to the late George William Thomas and the late Minnie Mae Thomas .
She was also preceded in death by her husband Marvin Reece Aldridge. They are not waiting for her in Heaven anymore "Praise God".
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The Graveside service will be on Wednesday, August 27th at Clark's Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:00 pm, officiated by Rev's. Mickey Howard and Ron Honeycutt.
Mom is survived by her five children; Kattie Sibley of Oakboro, Carol Gates of Stanfield, Kathy Aldridge of Kannapolis, Eddie Aldridge of Stanfield, and Tony Aldridge of Bennettsville, SC., Seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother; George Thomas of Kannapolis, and sister; Sara Simpson of Concord.
