Dale Litaker

Dale Little Litaker, age 62 of 3033 Heglar Road Concord, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 13, 2011. The family will receive friends at Mt. Hermon Lutheran Church 3600 US Hwy 601 South Concord on Thursday, November 17th from 1 until 2 pm. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm at the church, with Rev. Keith Copeland officiating. Burial will be follow in the church cemetery. Dale was born on December 13, 1948 to Veta Little Litaker and the late Robert Mack Litaker. He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1967 and was his senior class president. Dale was self-employed until retiring in 2010. He was a free spirit who loved his friends and always liked to see the lighter side of life. He was loved by his family and will be missed by family and friends alike. Dale is survived by; sister, Linda Litaker of the home; brother, Robert G. Litaker of Charlotte; nephews, Darius Litaker and wife Lesley of Gastonia, Brian Litaker and wife Dao of Concord; niece, Kelly Motley of Concord; and many great-nephews and nieces.
