Daniel Passmore

Daniel Alvin Passmore, 76, of 111 Danita Drive Locust, NC passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at Golden Living Center in Charlotte. He was born on July 23, 1935 in Knox County, Tennessee to the late Sam and Gladys Elizabeth Bass Passmore. He was also preceded in death by his wife Edith Holly Passmore in 2005 and a brother David Passmore. Mr. Passmore was a veteran of the US Navy and was a glass glazer. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 7 until 9 PM. Funeral services will be held at Living Waters Ministries on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 4 PM, following a 30 min. state, with Rev. Gary Bragg and Rev. Howard Henegar officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Stanfield. He is survived by: sons, Sammy Passmore of Indian Trail and Doug Passmore of Dallas, NC; daughter, Ingalisa Burns of Monroe; brother, Robert Passmore of Fort Mill, SC; sister, Etta Pruitt of Charlotte.
