Danny Almond

Danny Erby Almond, 63, of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albemarle.

Mr. Almond was born March 18, 1958 to Dorothy Ann DeBerry Almond and the late Erby R. Almond. In addition to his father, Mr. Almond was also preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Almond Polk and brother, Darrell Ray Almond.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, on Monday, July 26, 2021, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle.

Danny is survived by his mother, Dorothy DeBerry Almond; sister, Glenda (Todd) Watson; son, Daniel (Jennifer) Almond; Grandchildren, Angel Morgan, Zackery Almond, Danielle Almond, Nathaniel Almond, and two great-grandchildren. Danny is also survived by lots of nieces and nephews.

Family will have a private service at a later date.
