David Eugene Flowers, 41 years of age, of Charlotte, passed away unexpectedly and went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Saturday, August 20, 2016.
David was born June 9, 1975 in Charlotte, NC, to Jim Flowers and Jenna Flowers.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Central Church of God at 5301 Sardis Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm in the church sanctuary and will be officiated by Pastor Loran Livingston and Dr. Ross Rhoads. The family will have a private burial on another date.
Survivors include brother, Jimmy (Ali) Flowers of Charlotte; brother, Kale Flowers of Beverly Hills, CA; brother, Michael (Elizabeth) Flowers of Charlotte; three nieces, Ella, Bradlee, and Eliza; three nephews, Jack, John, and Dalton; and his English Bulldog and loyal companion, Bugsy.
David was a high school state champion wrestler, and a proud graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He was a real estate developer in Newport Beach, CA, where he also enjoyed playing Polo. He lived life to the fullest, and most of all he loved his family!
