David Lowery

David Michael Lowery, 55 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle.

David was born July 10, 1960 in Dillon, South Carolina to the late Laurin Bernice Lowery and the late Annie Lee Locklear Brayboy. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Gaynell Lowder Lowery; and brothers, Gary Lee and Tommy Locklear, and Woodrow Lowery.

The graveside service, officiated by Rev. Garry Baker, will be at 11 am on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Norview Gardens, 949 Pee Dee Avenue in Norwood. The family will receive friends for a hour prior to the graveside service at the cemetery. At other times, the family will be gathering at the home.

He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Temple of Albemarle; grandchildren, Matthew Heun and Nicholas Temple, both of Albemarle; brothers, Donald Lowery, Steve Lowery, both of Mt. Gilead, Harold Lowery, Laurin Lowery, both of Albemarle; sister, Pam Lowery Hunt of Salisbury; and numerous nieces and nephews.
