Deanne Ferguson

Deanne Marie Ferguson , 56, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at her home in Harrisburg.

Deanne was born October 28, 1964 in Pennsylvania to Edmund Louis Bellotti and the late Barbara Anne Bellotti.

She was also preceded in death by her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. John Bellotti and Mr. and Mrs. Russel Conway.

Deanne led a vibrant life. She achieved her B.S. degree in Pennsylvania and became a respiratory therapist. She then pursued a career as a U.S. Army Officer serving as a Military Police Officer in Germany and a Psychological Operations Officer, where she learned Vietnamese and served on multiple deployments to South East Asia.  Deanne left the Army to start a family and engage in a new career of health care management.  She had fostered many friendships during her journey and she will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Monday, June 28, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 10:00 am at St James The Greater Catholic Church in Concord officiated by Rev. Jerome Chavarria. Burial will follow at 2:00 pm at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd. Salisbury, NC.

Survivors include her father, Edmund Louis Bellotti, husband, Michael Robert Ferguson, two sons Matthew Garrett Ferguson and Nicholas Hunter Ferguson and brother, Greg  Bellotti.
