Devin Bennick

Devin Melissa Bennick, 27, of Salisbury, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

Devin was born June 18, 1994, in North Carolina to the late Barry Keith Bennick and Sheila Elaine Toler.  She was also preceded in death by grandmother Juanita Wall and Grandfather Harold Wall and grandfather R.B. Bennick and Grandmother Regina Toler.

Devin was a beloved daughter and sister.  She loved animals, anime, video games and computers.  She had many friends whom she enjoyed spending time with online.  She absolutely adored Oakley and Preslynn.  Devin had warped sense of humor and would often laugh at her own jokes.  She loved Dan and Leona, who are friends of the family, and she always gave Dan a hard time about fishing.  Devin often loved to call her brother and say, “The game”, and then laugh.  She loved her brother beyond what words could describe.  Devin was a joy to anyone who met her, and she will be greatly missed.

Survivors include mother, Sheila Elaine Toler of Salisbury, NC; Stepfather, Ed Toler; Stepmother, Kim Bennick; Brother, Dylan Bennick; Sister, Kristen Toler; Stepsister, Kristen Juskow; Nephew, Oakley Davis and Niece, Preslynn Davis; Grandmother, Phyllis Bennick; Grandfather, Robert Toler and many beloved aunts, uncles’ cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local animal rescue shelter of your choice.
