Diane Kimsey

Diane Clontz Kimsey, 69, of Stanfield, NC, passed away June 12, 2017 with her family by her side.
She was born in Monroe, NC on April 18, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Harris Clontz and Ruby Chaney Clontz.
Diane spent most of her life doing what she was a "whiz" at... rewinding electrical motors at various companies and spending time with her three grandchildren.
Diane is survived by her three grandchildren, Alana and Emma Gemind, and Austin Wilson; husband Doug Kimsey; daughter Debra Ross; brothers Lonnie and Bobby Clontz; sister in-law Lila Clontz; and a niece Caroleen Baucom, all of Monroe.
The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 5:00pm until 6:30pm. A service will follow the visitation in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Midland, NC.
