Dianna Marocco

Dianna Jean Marocco, 74, of Kannapolis, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
Dianna was born on March 20, 1946 in Chicago, IL, to the late Thomas Nicholas Marocco and Eda Virginia Ruffalo Marocco.  Dianna was also preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Marocco, and brother-in-law, Joseph Seno.
Dianna retired after spending her whole career as an insurance agent.  She loved searching for treasures at estate sales and thrift stores.  She was a Turner Classic Movie fanatic, especially when they would feature Rock Hudson.  Dianna also enjoyed sewing and crafting.  Dianna was a wonderful big sister to Joe and Donna.  She was also a beloved aunt and absolutely adored her nieces, with whom she had very close relationships.   Most of all, Dianna, will be remembered for her big caring and generous heart.  She will be greatly missed and forever loved.
Those left to cherish Dianna’s memory include her sister, Donna Seno and husband, Richard Huneycutt, of Locust; nieces, Elena Michel of Concord, Katherine Seno of Hickory, Melissa Marocco of Wisconsin, and Megan Marocco of Wisconsin; grand-nephew, Angelo Michel; and numerous beloved cousins.
Dianna will be laid to rest with her family at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside IL, at a later date.
