Mr. Donald Arthur McDonald, 73, of Supply, NC, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Cabarrus County to the late Bertie Jackson McDonald and Violet Lucille Helms. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Tuesday, September 14 from 7:00 until 8:30. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 15 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Hartsell Funeral with Rev. Bruce Pope officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. He is survived by his wife, Claudine Hudon McDonald, of the home; sons, Donald Jackson and Jeffery Eric McDonald, both of Matthews, NC; sister, Christine Gant, of Chandler, NC; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
