Donald Yow

Donald Ray Yow, 68 years of age, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012 at his home in Midland. Mr. Yow was born in Stanly County May 13, 1944 to the late Billy Columbus Yow and the late Violet Belle Little Yow. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Whitie Yow and his sister, Bobbie Burgess. Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Anna Lou Collins, of the home; his son, Gary Yow of Midland; his daughter, Brandie Gordon of Hendersonville; his brother, Wayne Yow of Midland; his sisters, Sally Pinion of Locust, Brenda Reeder of Concord, Shelia Shackleford and Sherry Butler, both of Oakboro; and six grandchildren. No arrangements are scheduled at this time. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Yow family.
