Donato Cassese

Donato Cassese, 89, of Kannapolis, NC passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

Mr. Cassese was born February 18, 1932 in Westbury, New York to the late Philip William Cassese and the late Julia Rose Palmese.
He was also preceded in death by wife Genevieve Agnes Cassese in 2009, brother Joseph Cassese and sister Rose Nolan.

Survivors include children; Ray Theiss, Jim Theiss, Lisa Sandman, Kathy Fezza, Barbara Heslin, Eddie Cassese, and Donald Cassese, Grandchildren; Raymond Thesiss, Nicholas Theiss, Vincent Theiss, Melissa Courtney, David Ott and many more. Sisters Louisa Bruno and Mary Ann Bell. More than 20 great grandchildren. Grand dogs Max, Lexi, Frankie, Bud, Thor and Leroy and many grand cats! He liked them the best!!!

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, Monday, April 19, 2021 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 4877 Hwy. 200, Concord, NC 28025.  The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Alan Thompson.  Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
