Donnie Bowers

Donnie William Bowers, 67, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Bowers was born May 26, 1951 in Stanly County to Kathleen Barbee Bowers and the late Harry Leon Bowers.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Canton Baptist Church, 24615 Endy Road, Albemarle. The funeral service will follow in the church sanctuary at 12:00 PM officiated by Rev. Mark Mabry.  Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.

In addition to his mother, survivors include wife, Wanda Bowers; daughter, Laurel Owens; grandchildren, Sydnee and Sawyer Owens; sisters, Saundra Underwood and husband Tony, and Rita Little and husband JD all of Albemarle.
