Doris Barbee

Doris "Lynn" Barbee, 75, of Concord, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021.

Mrs. Barbee was born June 30, 1946 to the late Albert Lee and Emma Cranford. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Herman Wayne, Sr.

Lynn was a retired teacher's assistant and school bus driver at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School where she worked for 28 years.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 11:00 am, at St. Stephens Wesleyan Church in Concord officiated by Pastor Gary Morrison. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Lynn is survived by her son, Wayne Barbee, and wife Melony; daughters, Nona Barbee-Barrier, and husband Michael, Mona Stevenson; grandchildren, Alivia Barrier, Hunter Wayne Barbee; sister, Joyce Mullis
