Doris Eury

Doris Dean Eury, age 75 of 890 Crestmont Drive, Concord, NC, passed away on June 07, 2011 at her home. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Sunday, June 12, 2011 from 7pm until 9pm. The funeral service will be Monday, June 13, 2011 in the Hartsell Funeral Home chapel at 11am officiated by Rev. Terry Hertzog. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Concord, NC. Miss Eury was born in Cabarrus County on April 12, 1936 to the late John Houston Eury and the late Bertie Mertie Lee Eury. She is also preceded in death by a brother; Donald Eury, sisters; Mildred Eury Johnson and Betty Eury Hayes. Miss Eury is survived by brothers; Johnny Ray Eury and Ernest Eury both of Concord; sisters, Juanita Eury Ritch of Midland, NC, Ruby Sue Barringer of Concord; 21 nieces and nephews; a number of great and great, great neices and nephews. Miss Eury graduated from Harrisburg High School and was employed as an office manager with the Salvation Army for 52 years. She was also a member of the Salvation Army Church in Concord, NC. Hartsell Funeral Home Concord is serving the Eury family.
