Doris Lambert

Doris Louise Lambert, age 80 of Albemarle passed away on November 21, 2010 at Britthaven of the Piedmont. She was born in Stanly County on February 17, 1930 to the late Claude and Cora Andrews. Doris A. Lambert was preceded in death by her spouse Robert Lambert of 53 years; her brother Gerald Andrews of Albemarle NC; her sister Betty Thompson of Norwood NC. Doris A. Lambert was survived by her son William Paul Furr and wife Patricia of Rockwell NC; her brother Richard Andrews of China Grove NC. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 23 from 6 to 8 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. Services will be Wednesday, November 24 at 2 pm at Lakeview Baptist Church with Rev. Tab Whitley officiating. The body will lie in state for 30 minutes before the service. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory.
