Doris Mullis

Doris Ann Mullis, 82, of Concord, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 at  in Concord.

Ms. Mullis was born January 14, 1938 in North Carolina to the late Hubert McDaniel Barbee and the late Grace Louisa Barbee. She was also preceded in death by husband, Donald Richard Mullis, brothers; Lloyd  Barbee, Newell Barbee, sister, Brenda  Blake, son-in-law, Glenn Mantooth, granddaughter, Brandi Mantooth.

The family will receive friends from 3 - 3:45 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 5340 Flowes Store Road, Concord, North Carolina. The funeral service will be at 4 p.m., officiated by Robert Mayfield. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include daughters; Rhonda (Roger) Long of Stanfield, NC, Beverly (Hoppy) Mantooth of Concord, NC, Donna (John) Campbell of Concord, NC; grandchildren; Beverly Plummer, Brandon Mantooth, Robin Morgan, Barbi Mantooth, Kevin  Broome, Jonnet Campbell; and 5 great-grandsons.

In compliance with Governor Cooper's mandate on gatherings of no more than 100 people, of which funerals and visitations are NOT exempt, attendance will be strictly monitored and  capped at 100 attendees (including family members) with NO exceptions.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but we all must do our part to protect one another from the spread of this virus.
