Dorothy Hartsell

Dorothy May Hartsell, 101, of Concord, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at St. Andrews Living Center in Concord.

Mrs. Hartsell was born May 29, 1918 in Mint Hill, North Carolina to the late Philip Augustus Williams and the late Mary Jane Williams. She was also preceded in death by husband, Charlie Rayman Hartsell and her two children, Maryln Adele and Mary Charlene Hartsell.

Dot will be dearly missed by all those who loved her. She enjoyed reading, gardening, talking about her love for flowers and was an excellent seamstress.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am  Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The graveside service will follow Wednesday at 12:00 pm at Arlington Baptist Church Cemetery at 9801 Arlington Church Rd., Mint Hill officiated by Pastor Jimmy Barrett.

Survivors include numerous amounts of nieces and nephews.
