Dorothy Murph

Dorothy Marie Burris Murph, 84, of Concord, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Herrins Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery; 29482 Herrin Grove Church Road, Mount Pleasant, NC. Ms. Murph was born on July 7, 1927, to the late James Allen and Mabel Burris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge R. Murph. She is survived by a son, Ronnie Murph of Kannapolis; and two daughters, Judy Lomax and Kathy Mauldin of Concord. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Murph family.
