Dorothy Rhinehardt

Dorothy Mae Lapish Rhinehardt, 83, of Concord passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at CMC-NorthEast in Concord. She was born on May 25, 1927 in Cabarrus County to the late Thomas Copple Lapish, Sr. and Ola Mae Cress Lapish. She was also preceded in death by her husband Wyley “Baine” Rhinehardt, son Harley Rhinehardt, daughter Susan Rhinehardt and brother Thomas Lapish, Jr. Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed. Dorothy was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church. Family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 1 until 2 PM. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 2 PM, with Rev. Darrell Coble officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. She is survived by: brother, Richard Lapish and wife Betty of Concord; grandchildren, Collin Rhinehardt of Concord and Amber Rhinehardt of Charlotte; daughter-in-law, Iris Rhinehardt of Concord and numerous nieces and nephews.
