Doris Ann Furr Morgan

Doris Ann Morgan, 62, of Kannapolis, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at home in Kannapolis

Doris was born January 4, 1962, in North Carolina to June Ballard Wensil and the late John Thomas Furr. 

She was also preceded in death by Daughter, Bridgette Beth-Lee Furr.

Doris was the best friend anyone could have with a heart of gold and love for people. She was known for always helping others and being a kind individual. In her free time, she would be found working in her garden, spending time her family, riding four wheelers with her dogs on board and enjoying the outdoors. She had a special love for her family and always desired the best for them. Doris will be remembered for her laughter, savory meals she would prepare, and the love of Christ in her heart. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Survivors include husband, William Morgan of Kannapolis, NC, brother-in-law, Chris Duggan, mother, June Ballard Wensil, brothers, John T. Furr, Jr. and Lawrence Eugene Furr, sister, Mary Duggan and Margie, daughters, Heather Hunt, and Sara Hunt.
