Dorsey Trivette

Dorsey Evelyn Stimson Trivette, 94 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Spring Arbor of Albemarle. Dorsey was born March 28, 1919 in Lewisville, NC to the late Roy Edwin Stimson and the late Grace Pass Yarbrough Stimson. She was also preceded in death by husband, Francis Marion Trivette; son, Roy Thomas Trivette; and sister, Robah Grace Rock. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until 1:30 PM, Monday, November 18, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. The funeral service officiated by Rev. Jim Yow will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 18, 2013 at Central United Methodist Church in Albemarle. She is survived by daughter, Frances Anne Payet and husband, Bob of Charlotte; son, William S Trivette and wife, Paula of Greensboro; sister, Doris S Hauser of Lewisville; grandchildren, Dr. Charles D. Payet and wife, Fara of Charlotte, Dr. Megan Jamroz of Raleigh, Major (Dr.) Evan Trivette and wife, Lindsay of WA; Capt. Eric Trivette and wife, Capt. Alice Mary of AL; and seven great-grandchildren.
