Douglas Burleson

Douglas "Daddy B" McCiver Burleson, 78, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021.

Douglas was born July 1, 1942 in North Carolina to the late Garrite Burleson and Vergie Crowell Barbee.

A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, 2:00pm at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery, 40237 Millingport Rd, Richfield, NC 28137, officiated by Beau Linker.

Survivors include his wife, Della Hall Burleson, of the home, his sister, Julia Ann Ridenhour, his son, Tevis Burleson, daughter, Terri (Craig) Stallings, daughter, Tracy  (Joel) McPherson, grandchildren, Josh, Kacie, Katlyn, Melissa, and Lauren, great-grandchildren, Cali, Kaiden, Kilyn, and Sadie.

His favorite pastime was spending quality time with his family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Home Care & Hospice of Troy.
