Draven Ashbaugh

Draven Maddox Ashbaugh, 2, of Mt. Pleasant, went home to be with the Lord and his great grandparents, on Monday, July 11, 2011. He was born on October 24, 2008 in Stanly County. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Friday, July 15, 2011 from 12pm until 2pm. The funeral service will follow at 2pm in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis. At other times, the family will meet at 986 Smith Grove Road, Oakboro. He is survived by: his mother, Heather Nicole Barbee; maternal grandparents, Roger and Cathy Phillips of Oakboro, Richard and Tonya Barbee of Millingport; uncles, Johnathan Barbee of Oakboro, RJ Barbee and Diesel Barbee of Millingport and Brison Phillips of China Grove; aunt, Hali Phillips of China Grove; great grandparents, Wayne and Sue Barbee of Mt. Pleasant. Draven was a beloved son and grandson. He was a beautiful angel. He was always happy and precarious. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord, PO Box 367, Concord, NC 28026, in care of Draven Maddox Ashbaugh for funeral expenses.
