Dr. Irving Bernard Joffe 89 of 522 Harrison Drive, Concord passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at CMC-NorthEast Medical Center in Concord. Born on April 18, 1920 in Rochester, NY to the late Albert Joffe and the late Rose Alpert Joffe. Funeral services will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 11 AM, with Barbara Theide officiating. Burial will follow at The Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC at 1 PM. Survived by; wife, Eleanor M. Joffe of Concord.
