Earle Love

Earle Bratley Love, 79, of Locust, NC, passed away November 5, 2010, at Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Mr. Love was born September 18, 1931, in Stanly County. He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Love; mother, Addie Kiser Love; and son, Bobby Love. Visitation will be 6 – 7:30, Sunday, Nov. 7, at Hartsell Funeral Home, Midland. At other times, the family will meet at his home. The funeral will be Monday, 11:00, Love’s Grove United Methodist Church, Stanfield, with a 30 minute state. Rev. Jim White will officiate. Interment will follow at Locust United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Beatrice Batts Love of the home; sons, Danny Love and wife, Margaret, of Kannapolis and Roger Love and wife, Sylvia, of Locust; daughter Vivian Mosier of Lancaster, SC; brothers Lloyd Love of Concord, Martin Love and Lee Love, both of Stanfield; sisters, Louise Love of Florida and Betty Reeder of Locust; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
