Eddie Mccarver

Eddie Lanier McCarver, 53 of Concord, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at his home. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Thursday, March 22nd from 4 until 7 pm. Funeral services will follow at 7 pm in the chapel, with Dr. Lee Pigg officiating. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis on Friday, March 23rd at 10 am. Eddie was born on June 13, 1958 in Mecklenburg County. He was a crane operator for Mid South Erectors, Inc. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Penny Pappas McCarver; son, Dylan Andrew McCarver of Concord; parents, Donald Britt and Anita Tipton McCarver of Indian Trail; sisters, Donna Oxendine and husband Troy of Indian Trail and Kari Holshouser and husband Gene also of Indian Trail; nephews and niece, Jonathan Oxendine and wife Andrea, Megan Oxendine and Tyler and Colton Belk. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the McCarver family.
