Edgar Kiser

Edgar Eugene  Kiser, 76, of Fortson, GA, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta.

Kiser was born July 5, 1943 in Concord, NC to the late Edgar Kiser and Beulah Kiser Williams.
He was also preceded in death by wife, Angie Price Kiser.

Gene was a devoted husband and father. Also a devout man of faith, who enjoyed reading his Bible and helping his family grow in faith.
He enjoyed fishing at the beach and deer hunting. Two of his favorite pastimes were finding good restaurants and watching cooking shows on TV.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Friday, December 13, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Friday at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord in Concord officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson . Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.

Survivors include daughter, Cindy Kiser of Fortson, GA; sister, Zora Mae Hanam of Florence, SC; niece, Star Absher of Concord, NC; niece, Sherrie Bennett of Sandy Springs, GA; nephew, Vince Gregory of Florence, SC; nephew, Chris Gregory of Florence, SC.
