Edward "Eddie" Dwayne Jones, 71 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at his home.
Eddie was born December 23, 1943 in Long Beach, CA to the late Willard Ira Woodrow Jones and the late Mildred Wacenne Sowards Jones. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Ann Thompson Jones; daughter, Rhonda D. Horton; stepson, Shawn Robert Thompson; and brother, Darrell Jones.
There are no services scheduled at this time.
He is survived by his son, Edward D. Jones of Rio Linda, CA; stepson, Terry Lee Attebery of Richfield; grandsons, Keith Horton, Christopher Horton, Terry Contance; granddaughter, Amanda Horton; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Sheila Bales and husband Ron of Richfield, and Debbie Reynolds of Richfield.
Edward was owner and operator of Carolina Crane Repair in Richfield.
