Elizabeth Kennedy

Elizabeth Clara Kennedy, 87 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. She was born June 7, 1926 in to the late Morris Cordell Bost and the late Susan Emma Furr Bost. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Sarah Bost Honeycutt, and Caroline Ruth Bost. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Cold Springs United Methodist Church. The funeral service will be 2:00 pm at Cold Springs United Methodist Church in Concord officiated by Rev. Tony Bell, and Pastor Mary Hatley. Burial will follow at the Cold Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery at 2550 Cold Springs Road, Concord. Survivors include niece, Deborah Seabolt and husband Jeff of Concord, NC; niece, Anita Honeycutt of Concord; brother-in-law, Ralph Honeycutt of Concord; great neice, Melanie Hilton of Concord; great niece, Whitney Seabolt of Concord; great-great niece, Taylor Hilton of Concord; great-great nephew, Brayden Hilton of Concord; cousin, Ray Bost and wife Barbara of Mt. Pleasant, NC; cousin, Susan Fearrington and husband Scott, and their children Hillary and Luke of Mt. Pleasant; cousin, Amy Williamson and son Corey of Mooresville, NC. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Kennedy family.
