Elmer Eugene "Gene" Shoe was preceded in death by his father Frank Eugene Shoe. He is survived by his mother Novillian Burris Shoe of Oakboro, NC; his daughters Judy Lowder and husband Jarrett of Richfield NC, his son Ronald Eugene Shoe of Albemarle NC, his grandchild Tony, Barry, JJ and also his brothers Steve Shoe of Concord NC, Gary Shoe of Oakboro NC. Family services will be held at a later date.
