Emma Little

Emma Jean Little of 210 North Fourth Street, Albemarle, passed away on November 26, 2011 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. A graveside service will be held for Ms. Little on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends after the graveside service. Born in Cabarrus County, she was the daughter of the late Richard Theophilus Little and Bessie Elizabeth Boone Little. She is preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. She is survived by one sister, Dartha “Dot” Presnell, of Albemarle; one nephew and two nieces; and two step nieces. Ms. Little was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 222 S Church St # 303 Charlotte, NC 28202-3247. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Little family.
