Emma Morton

Emma Mae Robertson Morton, 89 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013 at Bethany Woods in Albemarle. Emma was born October 4, 1923 in Stanly County to the late Joseph Hugh Robertson and the late Hulda Mae Hutchins Robertson. The funeral service officiated by Dewayne Houser, Jr. will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle. She is survived by her daughters; Carolyn D. Morton, Paula Maurice, Wanda Hicks and Sandy Efird of Albemarle; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and twelve great great grandchildren.
